Loopscale is seeking a Growth & Content Marketer to help drive distribution and engagement for Loopscale’s brand across social channels. You will be positioned to drive a period of rapid growth by joining at a pivotal point ahead of our public launch. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and has experience building social presences from 0 to 1, creative ideas on how to grow Loopscale, and a knack for developing viral narratives and content.

You will:

  • Drive exponential follower growth on X (formally known as Twitter) through strategic initiatives.

  • Create viral, engaging, and/or funny content, including memes and threads on X.

  • Devise and execute novel community growth hacks and campaigns across a range of social media platforms.

  • Foster community activity, brand visibility, and product feedback loops by interacting with followers, responding to posts and comments, and leading and participating in relevant online discussions.

  • Serve as a brand ambassador by embodying Loopscale’s values and ethos in all online interactions and content creation efforts.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with broader marketing objectives and brand identity as well as aid in other marketing efforts such as partnerships.

  • Gather and analyze feedback from the community, internal stakeholders, and analytics tools to iterate and improve effectiveness.

  • Stay up-to-date with current events, jargon, trends, and news in the DeFi and Solana ecosystems to maintain relevance by capitalizing on timely content creation opportunities.

Ideally, you have:

  • Strong online presence and engagement, and a demonstrated ability to build a substantial following, either personally or for others.

  • Strong writing skills and the ability to develop and adapt tone of voice for various target audiences.

  • Adept at crafting memes and other quick, low-effort visuals that resonate with target audiences and drive engagement.

  • A keen sense of judgment in producing viral, edgy content that pushes creative boundaries without compromising brand integrity.

  • Proficient in social media platforms, content management systems, and analytics tools.

  • Knowledge of Solana, web3, and crypto culture, including specific jargon, news, and meme culture.

  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and project management skills.

About the role:

Commitment: This is a part-time role with a minimum of 20 hours per week. The position initially offers a one-month contract, with the opportunity for renewal into success 6-month contracts. Contract renewals will be contingent on mutual agreement. Depending on business needs and individual performance, there may be opportunities for increased responsibilities or transition to a full-time role.

Location: We are headquartered in Flatiron in New York City. This position offers the flexibility for global candidates to work remotely.

Pay: The expected monthly contract fee will be $2,500 to $5,000 depending on time commitment and other various job-related factors, including location, education, qualifications, and experience. If If a part-time contractor is later converted to a full-time employee, the base salary range for the role will be $70,000 to $110,000. Full-time employees also eligible to participate in Loopscale’s equity plan and other company benefits (such as health plans).
